Is there a dress code?
Yes! It’s “as-you-are”. Are you most comfortable in a three-piece suit? Then, go ahead and wear it! Or if you prefer a t-shirt and jeans (like the PATH staff & volunteers), feel free to wear that.
I don’t know anything about technology. Will I feel dumb?
Absolutely not. This is intended for the people who need to improve their technology skills. So, please come and ask questions.
I registered, but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds.
Are you serving food, and more importantly coffee?
Of course there’s coffee. That’s the only way to get PATH volunteers there. We will also have a light breakfast & a buffet lunch.
Will there be parking on-site?
You are on your own for parking. We suggest finding a lot with a day-rate near the hotel. We do NOT recommend parking at a meter — you might miss something awesome while feeding the meter or get a ticket. We’re also looking into ways to help you coordinate carpools with other attendees.
If you are interested in carpooling, please contact Lindsey@PalmettoTechnologyHub.org with your information and she will try to match you with some carpool buddies, assuming that there is a demand.
Are you looking for sponsors?
Yes! You can see our current sponsors and email Lindsey@PalmettoTechnologyHub.org to let her know how you want to help.
Are you permitting walk-up registration?
No. If you walk up that day without pre-registering, we will need to turn you away. Registration will close on June 23rd.
What else?
Good question. I’m sure there’s lots we haven’t thought of yet. Please feel free to get in touch with additional questions. Also, once you register, you’ll be added to the conference email list and we’ll keep you posted as things change.
