Session Schedule

This is a breakdown of the schedule of events for the day.  There is something for everyone!

Getting Googley  — 9 AM to 12 PM (including a short mid-session break)
Willow Ballroom (all conference goers will attend this session)
At this workshop, Googlers Alex Abelin, Spencer Thomas and Addison Nuding will demonstrate ways that Google’s products and services can help you promote your cause, raise money, and operate more efficiently. After a brief overview of the tools that Google offers nonprofits, including Google grants, YouTube for Nonprofits, Google apps like Docs, Sites and Calendar, there will be an in-depth, hands-on look into the collaboration tools. Tina Arnoldi of Coastal Community Foundation and Palmetto Technology Hub will wrap up the morning with an overview of how she uses the tools.  Note: This is an introductory seminar. Ideally your organization should have a website. Before attending, please check out the Google for Nonprofits’ website at http://www.google.com/nonprofits/.

  1. Looks very busy – I am looking forward to the day.

  2. Healthy Data = Happy Donors is going to be a fun and very helpful session presented by Sandy Wilder and me. Join us and hear about about how two departments and two different sets of needs can work together to further an organization’s mission and keep donors happy at the same time! Not to be missed!
